QSLs for all contacts after May 1, 1999 should go to my QSL manager, KS4YT
Need the address?
It will be helpful if you include a SASE or other provisions for return postage, but all cards received will be
answered.
QSLs sent direct to me will be answered eventually, but there may be a significant delay. The best (and fastest) way to get a QSL
from me is to go through the manager.
I apologize to those who waited a long time for cards during the period 1999 through 2001.
